Built around your needs

Turn the arrival date into an organised handover.

  • Employees and families arriving for an overseas assignment.
  • HR teams coordinating several arrivals against project milestones.
  • Companies seeking an organised handover to local operations.

What we coordinate

  • Confirm arrival dependencies, contacts and the employee’s immediate needs.
  • Coordinate accommodation, transport and practical appointments with agreed providers.
  • Connect family needs with WG Private where a separate service is required.
  • Record the handover, outstanding tasks and escalation contacts.

What to prepare

Begin with a short introduction. Detailed records are collected through the process agreed for the engagement.

  • Confirmed permissions and intended arrival dates.
  • Employee and accompanying-family practical requirements.
  • Employer policies, cost approvals and local contact details.

What you receive

  • An arrival and first-weeks coordination checklist.
  • A provider, appointment and contact schedule.
  • An employee and local HR handover record.
  • An outstanding-actions list linked to assignment management.

How the service works

  1. 01

    Confirm readiness

Check the assignment plan and the arrangements that must be confirmed before travel.

  2. 02

    Coordinate providers

Agree bookings, approvals and responsibilities with the relevant parties.

  3. 03

    Support the handover

Connect the employee with local HR and the agreed practical support.

  4. 04

    Close or continue

Resolve outstanding actions and transfer ongoing needs to the relevant service.

Questions, answered.

Are accommodation and transport included in the service fee?

Provider charges and coordination fees are itemised separately unless the engagement expressly states otherwise.

Can education or family support be included?

Connected family needs can be coordinated within the assignment or through a separate WG Private scope.

Can an employee start work on arrival?

Only when the required permission and employer arrangements allow it. Arrival coordination does not determine permission to work.

What if the arrival date changes?

Notify the agreed contact promptly so that provider terms, project dependencies and the handover plan can be reviewed.

Scope & professional responsibilities

Bookings, housing and practical support remain subject to provider terms. Immigration, employment and local compliance requirements are assessed separately.

The engagement sets out deliverables, responsibilities, third-party involvement, fees and milestones before work begins.
